Achal Saran Pande is a management consultant who has over two decades of experience, specializing in business transformation, process improvement, supply chain management and strategy across key industry sectors such as Automotive, Engineering and Pharma. He has worked with companies such as Tata Steel, Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG) and Vector Consulting Group (VCG). He has helped organizations build agile supply chains and assisted them in achieving sustainable growth by deploying innovative solutions.
Achal is a mechanical engineer from The Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (formerly known as IT BHU) and a management graduate from The Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
His approach to problem solving is deep rooted in scientific thinking. He believes that when organizations are viewed through the prism of scientific principles, innovative breakthrough solutions emerge. He strongly believes in the idea of “A Universe with Universal Principles”. The idea advocates the applicability of scientific principles everywhere, whether it is related to decoding mysteries in cosmology, managing our daily lives or running business organizations.
Achal has a keen interest in simplifying the key concepts in Science, Mathematics and Vedic philosophy for people to understand and adopt them easily. He strongly believes that every child is blessed with a talent/skill and that he/she just needs the right environment and facilitation to nurture it. He often says that it’s all about “Managing the Mind” and therefore geniuses are not born but are made by adopting the right thought processes and putting in the hard work.
