Anindita Ghosh is a Business Management graduate specializing in Marketing from XIM, School of Commerce (Xavier University Bhubaneswar).Currently working as a Marketing Associate and she also helps in her family business. She is trying to understand how businesses can work better with nature and not going against it. While gaining practical experience in the field, she is also preparing for higher education in business.
Her book, “My Dream Green Orb: Where Business Meets the Planet’s Needs”, comes from stories her father, mother and grandparents shared about a green lively nature and her simple understanding of business. Though she does not have years of experience she hopes to add a fresh perspective to the conversation about how businesses play a crucial role in protecting our environment.
When not working, Anindita spends time in her small garden, does painting, reads books, practice calligraphy, or capture moments of nature. She also loves to travel occasionally which helps her see both the simple beauty of nature and how much we need to protect it.
It is her first attempt of writing a book, she hopes her thoughts might help add something useful to the conversation about doing business and focusing on environment sustainability (putting nature first always).

What if our Nature knows all the answers that businesses, people spend years in search for?
There is always a sweet story lies in the quiet strength of an old tree, the perfect balance of a coral reef and in every creation of our nature. We are in a race to create bigger profits, but we forget to see nature’s living treasures around us.
This book is not about what we have done wrong past the years with our business decisions. It is about, to see the world with a fresh perspective where we can work better, kinder and smarter.
Starting from small startups to global companies, there is a different path forward for all. But all paths should ultimately lead to a successful business and a healthy Nature around us, just like the branches reach towards the sun.
Nature’s door is always open, we can always step in and learn.
