Dr. Chowdappa V. A. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Post Graduate Centre, Nandihalli–Sandur, Ballari, Karnataka. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Bangalore University and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ballari.
