A daily experience in the life of young Francis Rust was being immersed in a lot of 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s pop and rock music, which became the foundation for his love of Rock N Roll.
Being the youngest in the family, Rust always felt alone and different from his siblings, and never had a definite role model. He only grew up to realize that no child should ever feel this way, no matter the consequences.
With the influence of his best friends from age 15, they fuelled his wild spirits and further engaged him to a certain type of magic called Heavy Metal. Since then, the gods of Heavy Metal and Rock N Roll had ignited his mind and soul, offering the guidance he had long needed. With riffs, lyrics, and rock anthems constantly echoing in his mind, he moves through life energized—staying happy, healthy, creative, and uniquely himself.

This book will show you that being a father doesn't mean that you only provide gifts, toys, and money to make them happy. That isn’t exactly what they need. True fatherhood is about investing your time, energy, and love which is so much more important and valuable than anything in the world.
And yes, being a dad means being responsible and dealing with emotions, while doing the tiring and messy work too – diaper duty, tantrums, waking up early for school, making sure your kid goes to sleep on time, sickness, healing skin wounds, and managing your kid's sad moments. But when you embrace it with heart, you'll realize that even the smallest efforts shape your child's future in the biggest ways.
Remember, your kid's best years last for a short while, and if you miss it, you’ll never get it back again, ever!
