Before my journey in education and coaching, I spent 24 years in the global engineering and automotive industry, serving as Vice President, Business Division Head, and Key Account Management Head, leading large-scale strategic initiatives across global markets.

I am a Mechanical Engineer, with postgraduate qualifications in Materials, Marketing Management, International Business, and Project Management. I am also a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Behavioral Intelligence Trainer, and an ICF PCC Business Coach—a unique blend of technical, business, and human behaviour expertise.

Family, Passion & Legacy

I am a family man, happily married for 30+ years to Dr. Archana, an Ayurvedic doctor. My son, a gold medalist from Symbiosis Communication & Media School, is a Director at MasterMyLife EQ Education, while my daughter-in-law, an IIM alumnus, is a rising leader in the IT industry.

I am a passionate traveller, chess enthusiast, and explorer of global arts, cinema, and diverse cultures.
