She specialises in teaching Business Communication and English as a First and Second Language, inclusive of public and conversational speaking skills, to students of secondary and college levels and to working adults, with proven success.

She did a lot of research that went into the modern approach to effective writing and speaking for academic and business purposes, as captured in her self-designed S.H.A.R.P.E.N series.
After completing her Master’s in Education in 2020, she realized the need for students to excel in both writing and speaking skills in preparation towards a holistic development suitable for postgraduate and workplace accomplishments.
