Kanan Divecha is a Mumbai-based author and a veteran journalist with over two decades of vast experience at the heart of Mumbai’s Hindi film industry. As a successful journalist with some of the leading magazines, STARDUST, STAR & STYLE and as the former Editor of SHOWTIME, her integrity and factual reporting earned her a respectable reputation amongst Hindi cinema’s iconic and emerging stars alike.
 
From the fast-paced world of a glamour journalist, she followed her heart’s calling and transitioned smoothly into a writer to pen a script, creative fiction and a non-fiction book.
 
Her debut fiction book, Kaplin’s Magical Boots, began as a simple request from her ten-year-old niece and blossomed into a rich, imaginative and inspirational story for teens and young adults.
 
She then went on to write a deeply personal account of her quiet, inner spiritual journey of self-discovery under the divine guidance of her guru, in the profound  Self-Realisation In Kali Yuga At The Dawn Of The Golden Age.
 
Today, she continues to explore creative thoughts and ideas as an author, scriptwriter and journalist. ‎
