Though born in Goa, the author studied to obtain a postgraduate degree from Mumbai and went on to settle in Hyderabad, Telangana. She worked as a teacher for reputed schools in Hyderabad before retiring in 2019. Her passion for writing manifested in immense opportunities to pen articles, scripts, speeches, etc., for the institutions where she worked.
