She was running out of time—in every way that mattered. The calendar reminded Nila she had crossed a quarter of her life, the scale revealed she had slipped past healthy limits, and the ticking clock exposed how she had barely finished half her chores each day. Haunted by society’s expectations and her own self-doubt, she felt trapped in the fading silhouette of the woman she’d once hoped to become.
When a devastating divorce shattered her world

Haunted by society’s expectations and her own self-doubt, she felt trapped in the fading silhouette of the woman she’d once hoped to become.
When a devastating divorce shattered her world altogether, she sought the mountains. Embarking on a solitary journey to the Himalayas, she learned resilience in the face of storms, courage on crumbling cliffs, and purpose in the rhythm of her own breath. With each summit, she peeled back layers of her old self, transforming the shadows of her past into a vibrant, illuminated future.

What began as a simple trek grew into an extraordinary mission—to conquer Mount Everest, redefine her limits, and reclaim the life she’d almost lost. What does it take to rise from rock bottom to the roof of the world?
