As an Associate Partner at Innosight Consulting — the firm co-founded by Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen — Utsav worked closely with C-level executives on disruptive innovation, business model transformation, and culture change. Beyond client work, Utsav has designed and delivered leadership development programs on Jobs to Be Done, Disruptive Innovation, Customer Experience, and Transformation, equipping hundreds of executives to lead with clarity and courage. His entrepreneurial ventures — from co-founding the FinTech startup to building consulting practices at LTIMindtree and forging partnerships with institutions such as MIT CISR — have reinforced his conviction that growth is less about prediction and more about continuous adaptation.

In 2023, Utsav founded StratOffice with a simple but radical idea: that strategy consulting should be reimagined for a new era. StratOffice works as an extension of client’s strategy team, combining partner-level counsel with the power of artificial intelligence to deliver clarity, speed, and impact without the baggage of traditional models.

Utsav holds an MBA with double gold medals from the S.P. Jain School of Global Management and the Schulich School of Business. He was also a top ranker in engineering at Mumbai University. Today, alongside his advisory work, he is an active speaker and facilitator, engaging audiences at leadership forums, strategy off-sites, and corporate events with a unique blend of insight, storytelling, and practical tools.

Alt-Consulting is Utsav’s first book. It is both a memoir and a manifesto — a personal attempt to reflect on the future of consulting, the opportunities of artificial intelligence, and the timeless wisdom that can guide us through disruption.
