Dr. Aarti Khanchandani is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educator with a remarkable journey of over 14+ years of dedicated teaching and research experience.
Her academic credentials reflect a strong foundation in the discipline. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Management and other credentials includes UGC-NET, Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (R-SET), and Maharashtra SET along with Master's in Business Administration . Her core teaching and research interests include Research Methodology, Operations Research, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management, subjects in which she has mentored numerous students and guided academic projects.
As an author, Dr. Aarti Khanchandani has penned a book titled “Business Research Methods,” which has been well-received by students and academic peers alike. Her passion for education and skill development also led her to contribute as a trainer in prestigious national-level programs.
