I, Sri Deenabandhu Bisi, served as Headmaster for over forty years at Duajhar M.E. School and Ranimunda U.G.U.P. School. I worked with both students and staff to strengthen learning, and many of our learners went on to qualify for the National Rural Talent Scholarship and become successful professionals.
I also served as a Resource Person for TLC, PLC and later SSA, training teachers, Master Trainers, and education volunteers to improve literacy and classroom learning across Khariar Block. After retirement, I continued supporting schools as the virtual BRP, promoting joyful and activity-based teaching and introducing simple innovations that improved student engagement.
Encouraged by these experiences, I have compiled a book titled “The Innovated Inevitable Feasible Learning Techniques for Arousing Irrepressible Self-Learning Interest of Students.” It offers 446 practical clues across 52 cantos to help learners—and those guiding them—build strong, effective learning habits.
