I also served as a Resource Person for TLC, PLC and later SSA, training teachers, Master Trainers, and education volunteers to improve literacy and classroom learning across Khariar Block. After retirement, I continued supporting schools as the virtual BRP, promoting joyful and activity-based teaching and introducing simple innovations that improved student engagement.
