Dolly Nemii Mittal, an alumna of KJ Somaiya (2007 batch), is a passionate inclusion leader with over 18 years of rich experience in recruitment and talent management. In her current role in an MNC, she spearheads two critical diversity segments — Gender and Persons with Disabilities — driving equity, accessibility, and inclusive practices across the workplace. With a strong focus on building inclusive hiring models, she has successfully set up end-to-end processes, teams, and guidelines from the ground up.
Passionate and immersive in facilitating PwDs’ engagement in typical workplaces, she has committed her time and effort over the last decade impacting their livelihoods.
She works as an inclusion evangelist and has given her voice and support for mainstreaming of PwDs through various initiatives.
Working under the gamut of PwD inclusion, she is focused on bringing more inclusive practices right from the recruitment stage to build an Inclusive workforce in her organization. She is a Certified BEI and Gold Certified TAAP Assessor.
