Navodita works as a teacher of mass media and communication in Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. She has a doctoral degree on the topic ‘Media Coverage of Elections and Voting Behaviour: A Case Study of a Single Lok Sabha Constituency in Uttar Pradesh’ (2017). She has authored four other books on yoga and political communication. She also writes for a website on yoga and media.
