Dr. Madhu Kamra (Ph.D.) is the Head of the Department of English and former Principal of Durga Mahavidyalaya, Raipur. She chairs both the Central Board of Studies, Chhattisgarh, and the Board of Studies, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. She holds two doctorates—in English (1999) and Linguistics (2004)—from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, and a P.G. Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from Madurai Kamaraj University (2008). Author of five books and numerous research papers, Dr. Kamra is a frequent keynote speaker at national and international forums. Her interests include linguistics, clinical phonetics, translation studies, literary theory, cognitive poetics, and contemporary Indian writings. She has guided over 25 Ph.D. scholars and continues to pursue her passion for research and academic excellence.
Dr. Seema Arora
Dr. Seema Arora is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of English at Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management & Technology, Raipur. She earned her Ph.D. in English from Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur (2018), and has over 31 years of teaching experience. A research supervisor and member of the Board of Studies (Humanities) at CSVTU, Bhilai, she has published research papers, book chapters, and holds patents and copyrights. Author of it’s soul-making, she is also a certified Soft Skills Trainer from N.I.S.T. and has completed courses from NPTEL and Coursera. Her interests span Indian English Literature and modern pedagogy. Beyond academia, she is a content and script writer, emcee, and creative communicator.
