SM Chua was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and before she became a lawyer, she was travelling the world. She is now a working mother of 2 living somewhere in the Klang Valley, Malaysia, and she used to tell her children her favourite Aesop Tales complete with morals to be learnt as well as other children's stories written by famous authors such as Roald Dahl and Enid Blyton. As a bookworm, she enjoys reading a wide range of books, and she would read whenever possible, even when she is having breakfast.
