Dr. Sarbjit Singh, alumnus of PEC Chandigarh, IIT Kanpur, and Punjab University, served in the Indian Army's Corps of Signals from 1965 to 1995, retiring as Brigadier. He earned his M.Tech (CSE) from IIT Kanpur and Ph.D. from Punjab University. In his Army tenure, he led tech-driven initiatives, including Real-Time Operations Information Systems (TIFR) and Mobile Satcom ground stations (ISRO & SAC), and was the founding Director of WARDEC.
Post-retirement, he held leadership roles in DSS (McNally Bharat), IT education (Apeejay Group), and software development for ERP, e-Commerce, and e-Publication. He actively mentors professionals and shares insights through his blog and LinkedIn.
