Malicious envy is ubiquitous and socially undesirable. It is seen everywhere in some people around you. It is independent of nations, societies, neighbourhood, gender, age, caste, profession, etc. These people are envious of your progress, knowledge, achievements, fame, physical attributes, wealth, status, or social acceptability, etc. Malicious envy involves a motive to outdo or undo the advantages of envied, going to the extent of defaming, demoralizing, downplaying, obstructing, or even harming the envied. These people are envious of you, either because of their own negative attitude towards almost anything in their life, or by their implicit acceptance that they cannot achieve what you have already done in your life. Let us accept that this is a real-life situation which we face every day and everywhere; whether in society, in family, in neighbourhood, in workplace, in social groups, etc. We have to navigate through these envious people and keep marching forward unhindered on our path of progress successfully, happily and peacefully. Prof. (Dr.) Jai Paul Dudeja
Born in June 1948, Prof. (Dr.) Jai Paul Dudeja holds a brilliant academic record. He did his Master’s degree in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani (India), and Ph.D. degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He has been in regular employment as a Scientist, Professor, Dean, Director, Principal and a Senior Administrator in various educational institutions, universities, laboratories, and public and private organizations. He superannuated as a Senior Scientist and Additional Director in May 2008 from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Government of India. After DRDO, he served for over 11 years, till his last posting as a Director at Amity University Gurgaon, from where he retired in Nov 2019.
Till date, Dr. Dudeja has published/presented about 90 research papers in various national and international journals/conferences. Besides this, he has authored thirty-one books on science, technology, spirituality, consciousness and other subjects.
Dr. Dudeja has delivered many invited lectures in the international conferences in India and abroad.
He has been recognized as the “World’s Who’s Who in Science & Engineering”.
