Pyaaz Pakodas ... Onion Fritters are the most favorite muchies in India. Slices of Onions , mixed with ajwain and dipped in gram flour and then deep fried, they are served with a dash of salt,lemon,mint/tamarind chutney as accompaniement with/simply like that with tea/meals or even drinks. A Pakoda on the tongue opens up the brain and people become vibrant and lively to discuss on anything/something/everything or even nothing at all.
