Author Name: Aman Khatri | Format: Paperback | Genre : Biographies & Autobiographies | Other Details

Born in an Army cantonment, raised in school assemblies across pin codes, and trained in the art of packing and unpacking friendships, this is my chaotically charmed life. I made friends faster than Wi-Fi connects and said goodbye even faster. Emotional attachments came with expiry dates and posting orders. From preparing for Monday tests to preparing presentations for Monday reviews, the journey’s been nothing short of comic evolution. I’ve had more school IDs than passwords, and every classroom, hostel, and farewell taught me something the boardroom never could. Being an Army kid meant learning adaptability before algebra, and diplomacy before decimals. This book isn’t a guide to corporate success, it’s a survival kit filled with humour, hope, and just enough childhood trauma to make you smile. It’s not just about boardrooms and business cards- it’s about remembering who you were before you became your email signature. So read on, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll find your inner child hiding behind that Excel sheet.

Now, a little about me. I’m no author, trust me- I can barely juggle a corporate job and weekends that vanish faster than you can say “deadline.” Am I a writer? No idea. Do I have a calling for it? Probably not. Writing a book? Not even on my radar! I didn’t plan on this nor did I set out to write a masterpiece. I just started scribbling down notes from my diary -some memories I can recall like it was yesterday, and others, well, they were kindly handed down by my parents (thank you Mummy and Papa). I collected these over time, stared at them for way too long, and voila- suddenly, there’s a book in front of me.

Life has a funny way of surprising you, doesn’t it? I must confess here that  I’m a huge fan of not taking life too seriously. So, if this book can make you smile, laugh, or remember that the kid inside you is still alive and kicking, then I’ve done my job. Because really, if we stop smiling, what’s the point?

So, here’s to living with less seriousness and more joy -and maybe a few more cups of coffee!!

-Aman
