Paparao Chintalapudi
Paparao Chintalapudi is a business strategist, leadership coach, and philanthropist with over four decades of experience spanning multinational corporations, early-stage ventures, and mission-driven social organisations. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School, he is also a Fellow of the Inspired Leadership Initiative at the University of Notre Dame, USA.
He currently serves as an Advisor at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), mentoring professionals in Integrated Leadership. He is also the Founder of UPot: Unleash Potential, a transformative leadership program that equips individuals with tools for personal and organisational growth.
