The Mirror and the Unbroken Cage is a quiet non-fiction book for those who feel deeply and live softly. It explores introversion, emotional sensitivity, betrayals, and the fake bonds that leave unseen scars.
In a world that often mistakes silence for weakness, this book gently reminds readers that being introverted, innocent, kind, and soft is not something to be ashamed of. These qualities are not flaws—they are strengths that deserve understanding
Through simple reflections and honest thoughts, the book looks at how false connections, broken trust, and unmet expectations can slowly build emotional cages around the heart. It invites readers to look into their own mirror, recognize patterns they have ignored, and understand the quiet ways they have been holding themselves back.
This is not a book that shouts answers. It speaks softly, allowing readers to find their own truths. It is for anyone who has been betrayed, misunderstood, or made to feel “too much” or “not enough” at the same time.
The Mirror and the Unbroken Cage does not ask readers to harden themselves to survive. It asks them to stay kind, stay aware, and stay true—without breaking who they are.

Mamoni Fathima B
Mamoni is an introvert who loves to write and enjoys being alone. She also loves reading books and spending time in quiet spaces that allow her to observe and reflect. She has completed her Diploma at Silchar Polytechnic and now she is pursuing a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya.
She writes from a place of solitude and strength. Having never experienced friendships that were loyal or true, she learned early how deeply cruelty can hide behind clever minds. This made her cautious of forming connections and afraid of opening up to others. Writing became her safe space—a place where she chose herself and healed in silence. She has currently completed four books and will be publishing them soon. Through her words, she hopes readers find the courage to enjoy life, protect their peace, and stay genuinely happy.
