Saikrsna Srinath
Saikrsna is an eleven-year-old who lives in the United Arab Emirates with his family. He is always eager to learn and try new things.
At school, Saikrsna enjoys Science and Mathematics because he likes to learn how things work and solve problems. Outside of class, he spends time with his pet dog, who is his best friend. He also enjoys singing, playing the violin and flute, painting, building with Lego, and creating design and technology projects with different materials.
He loves reading books and getting lost in stories that inspire his imagination. Writing is another favourite hobby because it allows him to share his ideas creatively. His interest in English literature led him to join the Emirates Literature Foundation programs, where he won first prize in the under-11 Oxford Press story writing competition at the Emirates Literature Festival 2026.
He hopes to become a biomedical scientist to help find cures for major diseases. He also wants to continue writing stories that inspire other young people to make a positive difference in the world.
