Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalWhere Hope Rests: A Caregiver’s Story is the heartfelt journey of a mother walking beside her daughter through the storms of mental illness. When Mala’s youngest daughter, Visha, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, life changed forever—but so did Mala’s mission to turn pain into purpose. She shares the missed signs, relapses, and fragile moments of hope that shaped their path, showing how love, structure, and community nurture resilience. Their journey also gave rise to Suara Minda, the centre founded by Visha to champion creative therapies and inclusion. Tender and inspiring, this memoir offers hope to families and caregivers.
