Dr. Amitava Sharma, LL.M., MEIM, M.B.A. (U.S.A.), is a distinguished legal professional with vast expertise in business law, consumer affairs, insurance, banking, transport, and international commercial transactions. He has served as Former Secretary of West Bengal Chhatra Parishad and Former General Secretary of West Bengal Youth Congress (I), as well as Convenor of the Rajiv Gandhi Health Care Project.
Dr. Sharma is a Life Member of the Bar Association of India, a Member of the International Bar Association and Member Law Society, United Kingdom actively contributing to several international committees on law, consumer protection, advertising, franchising, and competition. He is also the CEO of Blake & Graydon, Solicitors & Legal Consultants.
In addition to his legal practice, Dr. Sharma has also been associated with the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, as a Guest Lecturer, where he shared his expertise with young law students.
Dr. Sharma is actively involved in reputed sports clubs in the field of Cricket and football and several philanthropic and charitable organisations world wide.
