Dr. M. Ratchagar, MA, MPhil, B.Ed, CELT, PGDELT, DCA, NET, SET, PhD is an accomplished academician, editor, reviewer, trainer and researcher with extensive experience in English language Teaching and literary studies. He serves as a lecturer at Government Polytechnic College, Kooduveli, Cuddalore.
