Dr. Prabodh Halde was born into a farmer’s family in central India and found his way to food technology almost by accident. What began as an unplanned academic choice turned into a lifelong mission to transform the industry. Today, he is one of India’s leading food technologists, serving as Global Regulatory Head at Marico Ltd.
