The author, Virendra Kumar Dewangan, is retired from the state of Madhya Pradesh, first Assistant Development Extension Officer in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, then Chief Executive Officer-District Panchayat, while Deputy Commissioner-Development. The hobby of writing since the days of unemployment has kept him engaged in writing even after retirement.
