Dr. A. Vennila, Dr. A. Mekala, Mr. S. Dinesh
Dr. A.Vennila, is a
dedicated professional with over nine years of rich experience in handling
management subjects, specialized in Finance and HR, currently working as an
Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies at RathinamCollege of Arts and Science
(Autonomous), Re-Accredited with “A” Grade by
NAAC, Coimbatore.She also has experience as Finance
Executive in a reputed textile industry. Dr. A.Vennila is a versatile
management faculty with a strong background and academic expertise in Finance
and Human Resource management. She has published more than 15 technical
publications in refereed International and National Journals and presented more
than 20 articles/abstracts in International and National Conferences. She has
grabbed the Best Researcher award from GRABS Educational Charitable Trust in
2015. Being Research Head, she has received grants, twice from ICSSR and NABARD
for conducting National Level Seminars/Workshops. She is also a member in
Association of Indian Management Scholars.
Dr. A.Mekala, is a
research professional with rich experience in management research areas. She
has published many publications in both international and national journals and
presented more than ten articles/abstracts in international and national conferences.
She has dedicated her research knowledge in the field of management. She has
specialization in HR and Marketing.
Mr. S.Dinesh is
currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration
with Computer Applications at Rathinam College of Arts and Science
(Autonomous), Re-Accredited with “A” Grade by NAAC Coimbatore. He has two years
of teaching experience, and two years of industrial experience in the field of
HR - Executive. He has specialized in the area of Human Resource Management. He
acts as the Coordinator of Examination Cell and Departmental coordinator for
IQAC. He has participated and presented papers in many National and
International Level Conferences. He is interested in handling subjects like
Research Methods for Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management,
etc.
