Talla Balakrishna is a seasoned Project Management professional with over 25 years of experience leading large and complex construction and infrastructure programs. His work spans project governance, risk management, planning systems, and execution leadership, with a strong focus on building capable teams and sustainable project frameworks in demanding environments.
He has served for 14 years with Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., 7 years with JLL India Property Management Consultants, and is presently associated as AVP – Project Management at Aparna Infra Housing Pvt. Ltd. He is an alumnus of NIT Warangal and actively contributes to academic and professional development initiatives, including serving as a Board of Studies (BOS) member at NICMAR.
