LEADER is a person who guide, motivate and inspire other human individuals to do their work activities for producing goods and services which are necessary for well being of human communities on this earth. Each and every organisation which may be doing the activities in Industrial sector, professionals, politics or even an individual work for himself need a person having a proper knowledge,skills and experiences to guide them so that they can perform their duties in a effective and effective manner. The person who take initiative in such activities is a Leader. My objective behind writing this book is to provide them a proper insight of the knowledge and skill on basis of which a leader can produce very essential behaviour while leading the people in a successful manner.

MOHAN R. KHANVILKAR.
Mohan Raghunath Khanvilkar was born in June 1951 in the village Nerle of Sindhudurg District. He completed his primary and secondary education in the village and after S.S.C. exam. came to Mumbai city in search of employment and higher education. He joined the Government of India service in the year 1971. Thereafter he joined Morning College and started further education. He completed graduation in Economics subject of Art studies and LL B degree from the University of Mumbai in the year-1983. Thereafter, he did a post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan Mumbai. He also completed a postgraduate Master Degree in Personnel Management from University of Pune, with First Class. He left Government of India service in July. 1983 and joined employment in a public limited company i.e. Narmada Cement Co. Ltd. in Mumbai. He continued his services in the Human Resources Departments of about seven different organizations and retired in March 2011 after completing forty one years of his total services. He has written many articles, books and conducted many lectures for the students of management institutions in Mumbai. Presently he is as an Advisor to various organizations in Mumbai.
