She is a Role Model to young women and school girls to aspire for loftier goals and purpose in life. Through her speeches and missionary works she inspired millions not only in India but all over the world. She won several awards including Nobel Peace Prize in 1979. She established her Missionaries of Charity in several countries and died at the age of 87 in India.
