Known internationally for his dynamic storytelling and leadership training, Rob believes the most powerful sales tool isn’t a product or a pitch — it’s empathy in action.

He is a Maxwell Team Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach; a Cialdini Certified Coach and Ethical Influencer; and a Mindworx Certified Coach and Licensed Trainer. These credentials, combined with decades of hands-on experience, give him a rare perspective at the intersection of influence, neuroscience, and human connection.

Beyond his professional work, Rob is a family man, an avid reader, a golfer, and someone who enjoys the occasional hunting trip. His personal passions reflect his belief that balance, curiosity, and presence enrich both life and leadership.
