Kiran Gupta Rayapati is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience, starting his career at the Madras High Court before transitioning to in-house counsel roles in telecom, IT, agri-tech and private equity. He specializes in legal aspects of scale-up strategies, and growth initiatives of various companies.
A Chartered Trust & Estate Planner designated as a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management, Kiran also supports families of children with special needs, focusing on estate planning and setting up living communities for them.
