perpetrators were known to them, one being the daughter's boss, whom she was accompanying on her first business trip. To save the daughter and herself from repeated torture of the four drunk rapists, though rich and well educated, the mother decided to punish them in a very intelligent manner, in self-defense. She also sought to set an example to warn all rapists that a victim, even a seemingly weak one, can Decide to take revenge against repeated rape and torture, thus becoming  "The Decider" who takes bold decisions to punish the criminals. The book sends a strong message to society that rape is a severe crime, and a rapist deserves to be punished immediately.
The mystery about the death of four rapists, the pulse-racing narrative of vengeance and empowerment, make "The Decider" a very interesting read.
