We, some friends in Bathinda, a relatively small and laid back town in India, keep on attending various transformational programs as participants, coaches, and leaders since 2000. Before the group, the knowledge from books, seminars and training, was just lying locked inside the individual brains.
In November of 2014, twelve of us started meeting every week for Planning, review, coaching, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, and reporting. We created systems, checks and measures and purpose, intention and context of the group. We poured our knowledge and experience in the creation of the group. In five years, with the support of the group, many persons have created big results in health, work, relations, finance and fun and families. Till this year we have worked with more than 100 persons.
This workbook is the work of about 20 years of learning, classroom and hands-on in these groups and fine-tuning of various activities and processes, creating a system and structure, planning and observing the process, finding areas for improvement. This system is developed, tried and tested for five years.
We are sure that we can create a big difference in your life, the lives of many others connected to you and the life of the entire population of this beautiful planet. We are committed to this. You can come as volunteers, leaders, and coaches for expanding this beautiful work with us. This will move forward your life to an entirely new level.
