Srikanth Balagandar and Indrajit Shaw
WING COMMANDER SRIKANTH BALAGANDAR:Srikanth is a veteran with experience of over two decades in the Indian Air Force and more than a decade in the corporate landscape. Using an empathetic leadership style, he has managed large teams and navigated complex military operations, tech intensive projects and specializing in administration, real estate and facility management. With an MBA from IIT Delhi and an M.Sc. in Forensic Sciences, he is also a guest lecturer in numerous colleges imparting trainings to students and an acknowledged speaker in various real estate and facility management conferences. He is also a mentor for numerous startups in the Hyderabad ecosystem and consults corporates to calibrate their ESG journeys. With a lifelong passion for creative writing, authoring books full-time is his present way of life.
INDRAJIT SHAW:Indrajit started his corporate journey as a graduate engineer but chose to make sustainability the mainstay of his career very early. Combining his passion for integrating business and environment, he completed his post-graduation and came back to India to take up a series of roles across academia, government, startup, corporate and social sectors to gain a deep understanding of sustainability in an emerging economy context. Today, besides driving the Sustainability and ESG practice in India for one of the largest global real estate service firms, he spends his leisure mentoring startups to help create large scale impact and speaking at conferences and industry events to increase awareness about sustainability and ESG.
