Ayesha, who always dreamed of studying abroad and being a media person, finds herself in love with Zehra Begum's adopted son, Emaad, who has grown into a confident doctor but who is looked down upon by her family for his humble origins.

Ultimately, Ayesha is on the horns of the usual dilemma: Career or Love? What will she choose?
