Akhil Gore is an electrical engineer by profession, and a wanderer by heart. Drawn deeply to the mountains and the quiet of nature, he often finds himself lost in its calm—and in those moments, finds himself again.
Lost to the Mountains marks his debut as an author—a journey that shaped him into who he is today. Life, he believes, never goes as planned, nor is it a movie where everything stays under control. Becoming an author wasn’t part of his dream, yet here he stands, molded by the challenges he’s faced along the way.
When he’s not working, he loves trekking, writing poems, and playing his heart out. Spiritually inclined, he strives to walk a path of faith and reflection.
He lives in Pune with his mother and feels blessed to have two sisters who have always stood by him.
