These poems come from places I have lived in both outside and inside myself. They carry moments I didn't know how else to keep. Some are soft, some are heavy, but all are honest. I've written them like letters I never sent, or conversations I needed to have. This book is about holding space for feeling, for remembering, for becoming. If any line feels familiar to you, then I have done what I came here to do.
