Ramesh Babu and Suresh Babu are brothers living in Chennai. Both have property dispute between them. Because of this they both live in opposite houses and doesn't talk with each other. Ramesh has a grandson named Arjun Kumar similarly Suresh too has a grandson named Balaji Babu. Balaji and Arjun are classmates, but both of them don't talk to each other due to the enemity between their grandfathers. Arjun is very studious but is an introvert. Balaji is average in studies but is an extrovert. Balaji mingles with everyone easily and helps others as he is a kind hearted boy but Arjun always tries to humiliate Balaji as he never liked his character. Arjun's father is a successful businessman whereas Balaji's family is a political family and his father is a MP. Years passed by both Arjun and Balaji finished their schooling and have become adults. Arjun joins Engineering and he wants to persue MBA after this. Balaji discontinued his studies after school and joins politics along with his father. Years pass by now Arjun is a MBA graduate. Ramesh is admitted to hospital due to age related ailments. Doctors said Ramesh is in his last stage of life. This news changed Ramesh's anger on Suresh and he wants to meet him. When Arjun conveyed the message to Suresh, he immediately started to the hospital with his son. But while they were on the way, they met with an accident and both the father and grandfather of Balaji were dead. This increased the anger of Balaji on the Ramesh's family. By hearing this news, Ramesh also died immediately by heart attack. After this, as the father of Balaji was a MP, Balaji is given a MLA post as honouring his father's duty to the state. Now, as Arjun has completed his MBA, his father took leave from the company responsibilities and made Arjun as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. But Arjun was not really happy for this as he was thinking about his grandfather's last wish, that was, the rivalry between their families need to be broken. Therefore he wanted to talk and make friendship with his long time enemy Balaji. But Balaji ignored and hated the family of Arjun very badly due to the demise of his father and grandfather. Months passed by and one night when Balaji was out of station, Arjun was late to home. When he changed clothes before going to sleep he saw the family members of Balaji having a conversation with the Deputy Commissioner of Police. Next day, Arjun went to office and turned on news and found that Balaji was arrested by police in Madurai in a murder case. The person who got murdered was a farmer in Madurai named Abhishek. Arjun got shocked by seeing this and suddenly he thought about the conversation between the Deputy commissioner and Balaji's family members. So he went to Balaji's house and pressed the calling bell. Balaji's wife Durga opened the door initially but by seeing his face she shut the door immediately. He told her from outside that he was very sorry for whatever happened and he now wants to know their conversation with the Deputy commissioner so that he may find a solution to Balaji out of the case and he added that he knew very well that Balaji would never like to hurt a person so he definitely could not have done the murder. Then she slowly opened the door and invited Arjun inside. Now, Durga started saying to Arjun that the DCP said: "Balaji is too honest to be a politician who brought out some mistakes of his own political party into limelight. One among them was the murder and now Balaji is going to be arrested for that murder and if you dare to get him out of the case, all of you will die after seeing the death of Balaji in front of your eyes." She cried to Arjun and she promised to change their family's relationship if he could get Balaji out of the case. Similarly, Arjun promised to Durga and he went to his girlfriend, Kaviya. Kaviya is a lawyer in the high court. Arjun said everything to Kaviya and asked for a solution. Then they both went to Madurai and visited the house of Abhishek. There they came to know that, they were planning to construct a real estate project and Abhishek's agricultural land was in middle of their project plan and Abhishek refused to give them the land. Finally, they killed Abhishek and got his fingerprint on a back dated document stating that Abhishek gave them the land. Now Kaviya wanted to see Balaji and went inside the prison lonely as Balaji would not meet Arjun. She came back after sometime and said that they need to file a case against their developmental project as it is being constructed on agricultural land. After they filed the case, the DCP met Arjun and warned him to drop the case or else he would face the consequences from the ruling party but Arjun said to see in court. In the court trial, Kaviya appeared for Balaji and she submitted a video evidence in court. The video was the conversation of DCP to Arjun which they recorded without the knowledge of the DCP and she also provided the video clip of Arjun house's CCTV camera. This made the judge to call the DCP immediately to the court and DCP was shocked to see this and he had to accept his crime and he said everything in the court and Balaji was proved to be innocent and he was released from the case. Now, Arjun hugged Kaviya and she said that when she met Balaji in the prison, he gave this idea to her as this was the same idea he took to get everything to limelight and they just followed the same. Now Durga filled with happy tears hugged Balaji and went to Arjun with Balaji. Now Balaji hugged Arjun and they left their rivalry after so many years and became as friends.
