It's a bright sunny day in winter in a tiny town in the state of Punjab, North India. Aryan Sharma, a young, energetic, and very positive-attitude individual from an upper-middle-class family, is heading towards college as usual. As soon as he reached there, he looked for his best mate, his childhood friend with whom he had spent his 17 years of life, playing together, eating together, travelling together, and doing every possible thing together, and who was like a brother to him, Ranveer.
Aryan and Ranveer attended their classes today, and after winding up, they went to the public library to get some books for their project. They are studying literature, and they have to submit a project for the forthcoming competition in college. Aryan and Ranveer are brilliant students and are very famous in their college for their positive attitude towards various aspects of life and their knowledge of literature.
It's the final year of college. After this, they will take different routes to move forward in their life's path. As time passes, the roads part.
Years passed. Aryan Sharma is a popular writer now under the pen name "Aryan-Veer". He's working on a fiction based on a person's incredible life.
He got stuck in the middle of the story, he could not find a way to take the story to a climax. He's trying to acquire some ideas from here and there, roaming around the city to find any character similar to his story from which he can get an idea to complete his story. He's getting mad and worried about how he'll be able to complete his story because he was stuck and couldn't find a way to take it further.
He was left with very limited time to meet the deadline given by the publishing house. He has only 3 days left to submit the final story, but he's not getting anywhere. He never felt so stressed and so worried. He never finds it too difficult to complete a story that is already half done.
It's Sunday afternoon, and on Tuesday, he has to submit his story. He's at his farmhouse, situated in a peaceful village where he generally writes his best work. The beautiful nature around his farmhouse, the greenery, the birds chirping sounds, the flowing river sound, and the slow breeze, all making it a picture perfect scenario to put beautiful thoughts into magical words that can imprint a long lasting impression on reader's mind but hard luck for Aryan Sharma, this time the things are not in his favour. He's distraught. He decided to take a break and start fresh. He went to take a small nap.
Aryan had a nightmare and woke up scared. He saw the clock on the wall on his right side, he was amazed to see that it was midnight. He slept in the afternoon to take a small nap, but woke up at midnight. This has always been said that "Every bad thing has a good message". This nightmare gave him an idea to complete his incomplete story.
Aryan starts writing at midnight. He's writing effortlessly as if he had lived that story. What kind of idea did he get that he started writing with so much confidence? For the story, he was not able to find any words to take forward, but suddenly he started writing that story easily without any hindrance.
Suddenly, he stopped. He is getting anxious. He drank water in a hurry. He's looking restless now. He's looking at the mirror. There is a deep silence in the room. He just stared at himself in the mirror and smiled for a while, and suddenly a tear dropped from his eye.
On the spur of the moment, he burst into tears. But why!
Aryan carried himself and started again to complete his story. Managing his tears, he's writing non-stop. He's just writing and writing and writing.
He completed his story by morning. He wrote in a way that he already knew the story. It was looking like copying from the mind to paper.
Aryan submitted his writing to the publishing house.
It's the day of the book launch. The publishing house organised a small event for the book launch. A group of writers and the media were invited.
Aryan Sharma was called on the stage to tell something about his book's story, character, and the inspiration behind the story.
As Aryan went to the stage, he remained silent. He started looking at the faces of each person sitting in the audience. It looked like he was looking for someone. Suddenly, his eyes became moist.
Breaking the silence, the first word Aryan said was "Ranveer". Explaining further, Aryan said, when he's working on this story, he doesn't know how this fiction ended up relating to a real incident. The idea he got through the nightmare was related to his best friend Ranveer's life, whom he had lost in an accident. Ranveer was only 23 years old when he met with an accident and lost his life. That incident left Aryan stunned. This shock was unbearable for Aryan.
Aryan told the audience and to the publishing house that, "he's writing a fiction on a character who was brilliant in his life and was able to achive heights in his life but he got stuck in the middle of the story and had an idea in a nightmare, but during the completion of the story, moments from Ranveer's life started appearing before his eyes and he didn't realise it. He was writing it like he knew the story, and this story is going to be the best of all his stories, but as soon as he realised that he was writing his best mate's real life in the story, his heart broke. But he didn't stop because he decided to dedicate this story to his best friend, his brother in heaven."
No doubt, Aryan and Ranveer shared an eternal bond. Aryan had no clue that his fiction was moving towards a reality until he reached the point where he saw his friend Ranveer in the story, after which he decided to dedicate this story to his best buddy, Ranveer.
