Faridabad. Sector 21. 9Dec. 0015Hrs
The haunting stillness of Sector 21 was shattered by the piercing sirens of police vehicles echoing through the deserted streets, and awaking everybody in this posh colony. They didn’t came from far, the nearest police station was just 2km away. There were almost 3 police jeeps, and they stopped right in front of Bungalow no 21. Inspector Balbir knocked the gate, he was accompanied by SI Ramphal.
“This is the house?, right Ramphal”, Balbir asked.
“Yes sir, the caller gave this number”, Ramphal replied.
Even after knocking several times, no one opened the door. Balbir asked fellow police-men to break the lock and open the main gate. They obeyed.
“It looks deserted, Ramphal”, Balbir thought aloud.
“Yes sir”, he replied!
I am a good guy, if you don’t know me, you will get to know me in pretty short time. Hi all, my name is Ajay, and I am 12 yrs old. I study in 9th class in Aravali, which is just 10 min away from my house. I am good in academics, but I am a kind of nerd, that’s what all boys tell me, I don’t like sports, and there’s a reason behind that, I have a disorder, of brain, no, I am not mad, I already told you that I am good at academics. But the issue is I cant take much stress, if stress level increases, I get fits, and very dangerous fits, which even I cannot control. So I have made a rule, which is like word of god for me, the unbreakable rule, and I never break it. I HAVE TO SLEEP BEFORE 10PM EVERYDAY, no matter how the day goes, no matter if anyone’s alive or dying, but I HAVE TO SLEEP BEFORE 10 PM EVERYDAY, and that’s what my papa and mummy says, that if I don’t sleep on time, it will adversely affect my psyche and body. So I never break it!
The gate opened, there was a garden in the front area of the house, which had many overgrown plants. Balbir saw something behind a big overgrown plant, looked like someone was sitting, in this godforsaken hour, and in such darkness, it was almost looking like some animal is hiding, he walked ahead, and separated some of the leaves and his eyes bulged wide with shock.
Same house. 2144 hrs
I was not in my senses, something was eating me, a desire is evolving and that is not a good desire, it is somehow affecting my psyche. I know that it is not a good thought, infact it was a very bad thought, but I was not able to remove it from my mind. My mind was eating up my mind! I finished my dinner and went to my bedroom, which was on the 1st floor, it was painted a cosy blue, and I had a warm and fluffy bed, which, I guess, helped me in sleeping. But there was no sleep in my eyes, I sat and just stared at the wall. I was thinking something, and I saw that the clock stuck 10, it was my time to sleep, but here was, just sitting on my bed, and staring at the wall!
“Hey, what are you doing here, at this time”, Balbir asked him, but he didn’t responded, his eyes were totally white, he looked like in some trance, and he was sitting all cuddled up, holding his knees in tight embrace and rocking back and forth. But he was not speaking and not listening for sure.
Balbir got scared, “Aye. R. Ramphal, has the ambulance arrived?”
“Yes sir, they have just arrived”, Ramphal replied. “
Ask th. them to come fast and pick him up,” that was the instruction from Balbir for the kid who was sitting in the trance state behind those overgrown bushes at 0045 hrs on a cold night!
The ambulance attendants took him away. “Let’s move inside”, the inside door was unlocked, and there were bloody footprints scattered everywhere, going inside and outside the door. They moved cautiously. There are chances of wild animal which can enter inside these houses as the sector is not far away from the Gurgaon Faridabad jungle area, and few days back there was a panther spotted in nearby area. They have taken their pistols out, and moved cautiously further. The kid who was found outside was in a shocked state for sure, and that should mean, something or someone has attacked the house, and there are high chances that someone or something is still inside.
BREAKING NEWS: A COUPLE WAS FOUND DEAD IN A SECTOR 21 BUNGALOW OF FARIDABAD. THE COUPLE’s BODIES WERE DEVOURED BADLY, THERE ARE BIG CUTS AND SCRATCHES ON THEIR BODIES AND FACE. IT SEEMED SOMETHING HAS MUTILATED THE BODIES.
Faridabad. Asian Hospital. 1300Hrs
I was crying loudly. I heard screams, I ran below, I don’t know what was that, but it was hurting my parents, and I ran outside. I was scared, but I didn’t saved my parents!
“Ramphal, did we get any news of any wild animal from nearby areas”, Balbir asked while sitting at his desk at the police station.
“No sir,” Ramphal replied.
Balbir was totally confused. The marks on the bodies did seemed like made by a ferocious animal, but there were no animal marks found, did the animal vanished in thin air!! Even the bloody footsteps doesn’t looked like made by any animal, and they’re small in size.
“Oh my God! But how’s that possible. And why? what was the motive!”, and he ran outside from the police station.
I BROKE THE RULE!! THE ONE RULE SET FOR ME. NOW I CAN PRACTICE SELF-CONTROL!!
And in the dead of night, he vanished from the hospital!!
