Dr. A. Radhakrishnan Nair
Dr. Nair was the Founding Head of the Department of Life Skills Education at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, an Institute of National Importance; the Founding President of the Indian Association of Life Skills Education; and was the Managing Editor of the International Journal of Life Skills Education. He has authored and edited several books and research articles on Life Skills Education. As a research guide, he has successfully guided several PhD students in life skills education. Dr. Nair started his career as a youth development professional at NYKS under the Government of India. During his illustrious career, he has served in various capacities in NYKS at district, state, and national levels, and later, he served as Registrar of the Central University of Kerala. Currently, he is attached to Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati, as it’s Visiting Professor.

Sunitha Ranjan is a distinguished psychologist and life skills expert with 20 years of experience. As a seasoned coach, consultant, and master trainer, she empowers individuals to discover their purpose, overcome challenges, and achieve holistic growth. With expertise in designing life skills content, training diverse groups, and leading national and international conferences, Sunitha has made significant contributions to the field. Her illustrious career spans academia, corporate training, and non-profit leadership, including serving as former President of the Indian Association of Life Skills Education (IALSE), a professional body of life skills educators in the country. Sunitha served as faculty at the Department of Life Skills Education at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. Sunitha has inspired countless individuals through her work, fostering a culture of resilience, self-awareness, and personal excellence. She has co-authored several books and research articles in life skills education. She is the Managing Editor of the International Journal of Life Skills Education.
Dr. Gauri Hardikar
Gauri Hardikar is Senior Vice-President of the World Curriculum, Comparative Education Societies, USA and Executive Director of the Indian Ocean Comparative Education Society. She served as an Associate Professor at a renowned teacher education college in Mumbai for more than 20 years. Gauri is a consultant and facilitator for life skills education programs across India, specialising in capacity building programs for faculty at all levels of education. She was the Chairperson of the committee for the development of the Life Skills Course for the University of Mumbai. She is a member of the Academic Councils and Board of Studies of several higher education institutions as a life skills expert. She was also the former Secretary of the Indian Association of Life Skills Education, a professional body of life skills educators in the country.
