Surbhi Pareek completed her master’s degree from Banasthali University in 2012 and received dietetics training at the Department of Dietetics, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, and Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital cum Medical Research Institute (SDMH), Jaipur.
She has undergone specialized training in Ketogenic Diets, Critical Care Nutrition (APCCN, UK), Sports Nutrition, the FODMAP Diet for IBS (Australia), and is a Certified Diabetic Educator (American Dietetic Association). She is also a Certified Metabolic Balance Consultant (Germany).
Founder of Nutrisaga by Surbhi, she works toward her vision of applying her expertise in Nutrition and Dietetics to build a healthier society and prevent lifestyle diseases. With over 15 years of experience as a Consultant Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist, Surbhi has served as Chief Dietitian (HOD) at the Department of Dietetics, SDMH, Jaipur, and has earned numerous awards and publications to her credit.
Her specialties include diets for Inborn Errors of Metabolism, Nutrigenetics, Ketogenic Diet, Critical Care Nutrition, Obesity, Diabetes, Liver and Heart Diseases, Renal Disorders, Celiac Disease, Post-Surgical Diets, Bariatric Nutrition, Cancer, Pediatric Malnutrition, Malabsorptive Disorders, and Metabolic Balance diets.

She is a life member of the Indian Dietetic Association, Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN), Celiac Support Organisation, Indian Society of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (ISIEM), Society for the Study of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (SSIEM, UK), and ISPGHAN (Indian Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition).
