Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalBasics of Ayurveda and Panchakarma: A Practical Handbook offers a clear, practical introduction to one of the world’s oldest healing traditions. Drawing from classical texts and years of clinical experience, the authors present Ayurveda as a living science and Panchakarma as its most profound therapeutic tool for detoxification, rejuvenation, and balance.
Written by Dr. Sachin Ramkrishna Patil and Dr. Chintamani D. Patil, this handbook bridges ancient wisdom with modern application. It explains the fundamentals of Ayurveda, outlines Panchakarma procedures step by step, and highlights their relevance in managing lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, infertility, and stress-related conditions.
Concise yet comprehensive, the book serves as a guide for students, a reference for teachers, and a resource for practitioners seeking to integrate Ayurveda into day-to-day care. More than a manual of procedures, it invites readers to rediscover health as harmony with nature and life itself.
