In "Enhancing Facility Management: A Psychological Approach to Customer Satisfaction," myaims to empower organizational leaders with psychological methods to assess and enhance their in-house facility management services . This suggests a focus on understanding human behavior and perception within managed spaces to optimize their effectiveness. Similarly, in "Introduction Facility Management Science," my view states my intention to apply psychological methods to explain how FM creates comfortable working environments for employees and convenient shopping experiences for customers.

Dr. Ka Leung Lok (Lawrence)
Academically, Lawrence was awarded his PhD from School of Built Environment of University of Salford. He got his B. Sc. (Honour) Degree in Building from The City University of Hong Kong and MBA in Construction and Real Estate from The University of Reading. Professionally, Lawrence is developing as a consultant, lecturer and manager in the field of construction and real estate. His research interests are in the areas of Facilities Management Outsourcing relationships and relevant ISO series.
JOHN LOK , Behavioral Economist
I had graduated business Administration Science Degree in Common Wealth Open University. Then, I concentrate on researching whether how economic changing environment can influence our behaviors, e.g. consumer behavior in behavioral economic view. I had researched different behavioral economic topics included how artificial intelligence influences economic environment changes, how artificial intelligence influences consumer behaviors, how disease influences traveler leisure psychology, how economic changing environment influences public transport passenger choice, how e-commerce market influences consumer behavior etc. different books are published.
