Dr. Alex Ng Hou Hong is Executive Director of Seremban Branch and Director of Corporate Learning & Development at CC International Berhad, Malaysia’s leading accounting firm. He also serves as Governor & CEO of CC Foundation and holds an Associate Professorship at Malaysia University of Science and Technology, where he supervises PhD students. A Certified Professional Trainer, Executive Coach, and Business Consultant, Dr. Ng specializes in Business Transformation, Blue Ocean Strategy, Sustainability, and Family Business. His unique blend of corporate and academic experience positions him across professional and educational spheres. His academic credentials include an MBA from Oklahoma City University, a PhD in Knowledge Management from University of Malaya, and completion of the Harvard Business School Senior Executive Programme. He is Adjunct Professor at Malaysia University of Science and Technology, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dato’ Dr. Chua holds Distinguished Honorary Fellowship from Oklahoma City University, and Fellow Member status with CIMA (UK) and CPA Australia. He is a licensed Auditor, Liquidator, and Tax Consultant. Under his leadership, CC International Berhad has gained significant international recognition.
