Prakash Rao is a Leadership Coach, MCC, ICF and an International NLP Trainer, powerlifter, and lifelong student of human performance. He is the founder of Born In Flight, a global Coaching and Talent Transformation company. His journey into strength training marks the current chapter of a life deeply shaped by endurance, discipline, and intentional growth.
A former long-distance marathoner, Prakash spent years on the road learning firsthand that the toughest races are rarely against distance or time, but against one’s own mind.
