Aruna
The author was born in 1991 in Sonipat, Haryana. She holds a postgraduate degree in Geography from Kurukshetra University and has qualified for NET–JRF. She has also worked with Drishti IAS Coaching, where she developed an interest in Hindi literature.
She later connected with the Isha Foundation and was initiated into Shambhavi Kriya, and also learned Kriya Yoga through the Yogoda Satsanga Society. Her spiritual journey led her to explore spirituality, philosophy, quantum mechanics, the universe, and the nature of God.
This book draws from her spiritual practices, personal experiences, and the guidance of her teachers. She is currently researching the scientific aspects of the Bhagavad Gita for her upcoming book.
With deep reverence and heartfelt gratitude, I bow to our divine Guru, Mahavatar Babaji, and to the other revered Gurus who have graciously guided me, blessing me with the wisdom, strength, and inspiration needed to translate this wonderful book into English.
